How Mentor Tracker collects, protects, and shares the minimum information needed to provide personal tracking and mentorship.

Who we are
Mentor Tracker provides a private tool for personal spiritual tracking and mentorship.
What we collect
Account information includes your sign-in identifier, optional display name, and organization membership.
Prayer, Quran, dhikr, fasting, reading, and personal goal progress.
Weekly goals and check-ins you choose to record.
A pseudonymous app instance identifier and basic crash or performance events.
For managed student accounts, a username and account-management status. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not readable by organization staff.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, payment information, or data for targeted advertising.
How we use information
Create and secure your account.
Save and show your progress history.
Provide mentor, family, and organization features you join or approve.
Send optional reminders you enable.
Use aggregated or pseudonymous diagnostics to improve reliability.
Who can see your information
You can see and manage your own tracking history.
Accepted mentors or parents receive the relationship-specific access described in their portal.
Organization staff receive bounded organization projections needed for rosters, goals, and progress oversight.
Organization information and private relationships do not become public, and data does not cross unrelated organizations.
What we do not do
We do not track you across other apps or websites.
We do not run targeted advertising.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We do not share personal information for another company’s own marketing purposes.
Service providers and security
We use service providers such as Google Firebase for authentication, database hosting, and related infrastructure. They process information for us to operate Mentor Tracker.
Encryption in transit and at rest.
Role-based and relationship-based access controls.
Organization-scoped isolation and security rules.
Routine security and access reviews.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
We keep account and progress information while your account is active.
You can edit or delete entries, control notifications, and join or leave organizations.
You can delete your account from Settings or contact us for help with deletion or an information export.
Deletion removes information from active systems; backup removal follows our normal retention cycle.
Children’s privacy
Mentor Tracker is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and remove it.
International processing and policy changes
Information may be processed in other countries with appropriate safeguards. If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice in the app or by email when appropriate.
